Give every FairBridge member something a franchise flag doesn't.

An AI front desk for every member hotel. It answers every call and message, keeps bookings direct, and lets guests hear the FairBridge difference from the first ring.

An AI front desk for every FairBridge member hotel: more direct revenue per room, a brand advantage no franchise offers independents, and a free pilot to prove it.

1Revenue per room

Every unanswered call is a booking that may go to a booking site. The AI front desk answers them, takes the booking request, and keeps the guest direct. Example numbers below, always labeled as examples.

2Brand advantage

Something guests can hear on the first call and a franchise flag alone doesn't bring an independent hotel. A stronger reason to join and stay with FairBridge, working alongside FairCloud's staff-side revenue tools.

3Proof with a free pilot

One or two hotels FairBridge chooses. Six weeks, free, running alongside what they use today. You decide at the end, on four clear measures.

Sold under FairBridge's name, at the price FairBridge sets, to the members FairBridge keeps.

Why FairBridge, why now

A soft brand earns its place by showing independent hotels what it gives them that a franchise flag alone does not. Franchises hand a hotel a flag. FairBridge can hand it a front desk that answers every call, day and night, in English and Spanish. It is something guests experience directly, it is built to sit on the FairCloud data members already run, and it is something FairBridge can offer under its own name.

Every unanswered call is a bookingthat goes somewhere else.

Guests still call the hotel. When the desk is busy, or closed for the night, that call goes to voicemail, and the guest books somewhere else, often on a booking site that charges the hotel a commission.

callThe phone is still a front door.

A traveler on the road, a family changing plans, a late arrival: many pick up the phone first.

groupsA small desk can't answer everything.

One person, a check-in line and a ringing phone. Nights and weekends have no one.

directions_carThe guest doesn't wait.

A missed call becomes a booking on another site, and the hotel pays commission on a guest it could have kept.

loyalty

Why this matters for a soft brand. A franchise flag hands a hotel a logo. A member brand has to give a hotel something it can use every day. The first call is where a guest first meets the brand.

Revenue per room starts with the calls that go unanswered today.

One front desk.Every way a guest gets in touch.

One assistant answers guests on every channel, from the same live hotel data, and hands off to staff the same way. It is not a standalone voice add-on. It is the whole front desk, connected to the hotel's FairCloud PMS.

callPhone

Answers calls in a natural voice, in English or Spanish. Rings the front desk first, or answers every call. Each hotel chooses.

micWeb Talk

Guests tap the mic on the hotel's page and talk to it in the browser. No phone call, so no telephone charges (fair-use limit in the terms).

forumWeb chat, SMS and WhatsApp

The same assistant answers in writing, in ten languages, on the hotel's website and numbers.

support_agentA person when it's needed

It hands the caller to staff, with a summary, when the caller asks for a person or the question needs one. Handoffs happen in the hotel's working hours. Outside them it takes a message and alerts staff right away. In an emergency it tells the caller to dial 911.

nights_stayAfter hours and overflow

When the desk is busy or closed, it answers instead of letting the call go to voicemail.

historyOne history

Calls and messages sit in one conversation. Guests never repeat themselves.

Calls that used to reach voicemail become booking requests the hotel can confirm.

A guest-facing benefit that every member hotel carries under the same brand.

See it now.

Casey is the front desk of Cottonwood Junction Inn & Suites, a fictional 64-room roadside hotel. Call her, or chat with her as a guest. Try: “Two nights next Friday, I'm driving a truck and trailer,” or ask in Spanish.

Cottonwood Junction is fictional. Asking for a person on the demo line reaches the StartupCrafters team.

What a member hotel has today, and what this adds.

FairBridge gives members a brand, a reservations number, a booking engine, a PMS and a channel manager, all its own. Guests at member hotels still call the hotel first, and those calls go to voicemail when the desk is busy or closed. The AI front desk covers that gap and sits alongside everything FairBridge already does.

“Today” is our understanding from FairBridge's and FairCloud's public pages, October 2026. Where we could not see something publicly, the table says “Not shown publicly”. Tell us where it is wrong.

Everything on the left stays. This adds the guest-facing layer on the right.

Connected to FairCloud,built in phases.

FairCloud's staff-side tools, including its AI revenue assistant, help a hotel set the right rate. The AI front desk adds the guest-facing side: answering the guest and taking the booking at that rate. The front desk will read each hotel's live data from FairCloud, so a guest gets today's answer, not a stale one. We build the connection with FairBridge's team during the pilot, starting with the smallest and safest step.

  1. 0Phase 0Works on its own (no PMS access)
    • Built from the information the hotel and FairBridge give us and from the hotel's public pages: rooms, rates, policies, amenities, pets, parking, breakfast, directions.
    • Takes booking requests for staff to confirm.
    • Works for any member hotel from day one, with no FairCloud access.
  2. 1Phase 1Reads live data from FairCloud (read-only)
    • FairBridge's tech team opens FairCloud's interface to us, with test credentials, under a mutual NDA signed first.
    • It will read room types and availability, rate plans and restrictions, cancellation and deposit rules, check-in and check-out times, pet fees and other policy items.
    • Nothing is written to FairCloud in this phase.
  3. 2Phase 2Creates held reservations (write access)
    • Starts only after FairBridge gives a written approval for that hotel. FairBridge can turn it off at any time.
    • The assistant will create reservations that are held for the hotel to confirm, under the hotel's own rules.
    • No card numbers by voice. Where payment is needed, the guest gets a secure link to the hotel's booking engine, or pays at the hotel.
  4. 3Phase 3Network-wide rollout (later, only if you want it)
    • Roll out to member hotels FairBridge chooses, as a “FairBridge AI Front Desk” option in member onboarding.
    • Optionally, a FairBridge reservations line that answers overflow and after-hours calls and routes to the right hotel.
    • A monthly summary for each hotel: calls answered, requests taken, bookings made.

Read-only first. Write access only with FairBridge's written approval for each hotel. We never log in to FairCloud without written permission, and we do not scrape any site.

Each phase has to earn the next one, so FairBridge sees results before it opens anything further.

A reason to be a FairBridge member.

Independent hotels join FairBridge for a brand, bookings and support, without a franchise's royalties. The AI front desk adds something a small hotel rarely buys alone, and a franchise flag alone does not bring: a front desk that answers every call.

paymentsRevenue per room.

Calls that go to voicemail today get answered, and callers can book direct with the hotel instead of a booking site. Every direct booking avoids the commission a booking site would charge.

A member benefit guests experience first-hand. It gives FairBridge a stronger story for recruiting and keeping members, and it pairs with FairCloud's staff-side revenue tools.

FairBridge sets the price its members pay. Bundle it into the membership fee or sell it as an add-on, and keep the difference. FairBridge keeps the member relationship.

Central line and after hours. FairBridge's central reservations number and each hotel's own line can both be covered after hours or when staff are busy. In the pilot we test the hotel's own line first. The central line is a later option, with your approval.

Partner pricing for FairBridge. You set what your members pay.

These are wholesale partner prices to FairBridge, per property per month, for the complete front desk. FairBridge sets its own retail price, or bundles it into membership, and keeps the difference. FairBridge keeps the member relationship.

Why the steps. Prices step at 25, 50 and 100 rooms to keep each plan simple, and each step includes more phone minutes.

handshakeA partnership, not a customer hand-over. We never ask for your member list. We work only with the hotels you choose, and we never contact, market to or bill a FairBridge hotel without your written approval. FairBridge keeps the member relationship.

After the pilot, each hotel that goes live is billed monthly in advance, under a written agreement.

In the default example below, about 2 to 3 recovered bookings a month cover the partner price plus FairBridge's markup. An example, not a promise.

FairBridge decides whether to bundle it into membership or sell it as an add-on.

Run the numbers.Your scenarios, your values.

Two calculators: what one member hotel gets, and what FairBridge earns. Start from an example, then move any slider. Every number here is an example. It is not a forecast or an offer.

Counts only the calls nobody answers today, so the example stays cautious.

The second calculator shows what FairBridge earns when members add the front desk.

A free pilot with one or two hotels, run alongside what they use today.

FairBridge chooses the hotels. We implement the front desk for them at no cost. Nothing is switched off: each hotel's phone, messaging and booking systems keep running as they are. The pilot is how we prove the three things on this page: revenue per room, brand advantage, and that it works.

phone_forwarded

How guests reach the pilot. The hotel keeps its own number. We give it a pilot number. To get real calls to it, the hotel sets call forwarding for calls it doesn't answer (busy, no answer, and after hours) to the pilot number. It is a normal phone setting and can be switched off at any time. With FairBridge's and the hotel's approval we can also put the chat and Web Talk widget on the hotel's own page, and a card at the front desk can point guests to the pilot number after hours. Optional, only with FairBridge's approval: the pilot number can back up FairBridge's central reservations number after hours, as a test. We set this up with the hotel in week 1.

  1. Week 1: learn the hotel and sign the NDA. We go over its rooms, rates, policies and how it uses FairCloud. A mutual NDA is signed first. The assistant runs from the hotel's own information (Phase 0).
  2. Week 2: connect and train. FairBridge's tech team opens FairCloud's interface to us under the NDA, read-only. We connect for live availability, rates, restrictions, policies and check-in and check-out times (Phase 1). The hotel's team tests it internally.
  3. Approval gate, end of week 2. No real guest reaches it until FairBridge and the hotel both approve in writing.
  4. Weeks 3 to 6: parallel run. It answers live on the pilot number, from forwarded unanswered and after-hours calls, alongside the current setup. Nothing is switched off. We review it each week with the hotel. Held reservations in FairCloud (Phase 2) start only with FairBridge's written approval.
  5. End of pilot: decide together. FairBridge and the hotel decide whether to roll it out (Phase 3). Rollout starts only after both approve.

task_altWhen the pilot counts as a success. Six weeks: two of setup, four of live answering. At the end FairBridge and the pilot hotel check four measures together:

  1. Correct answers. At least 90% of reviewed answers are correct from the hotel's own information, with no wrong rate or policy given on a booking request.
  2. Calls answered. At least 95% of the calls that reach the pilot number are answered. Any call that is not is listed with the reason.
  3. No lost leads. Every caller who asks for a person, or needs one, reaches staff in working hours or gets a message passed on right away.
  4. Owner sign-off. The hotel's own team rates it ready to keep.

What we report each week (so you can see revenue per room, not just activity): calls answered, of which after-hours or unanswered-before; booking requests taken; requests the hotel confirmed as bookings. These are the pilot's own numbers, not estimates.

Enough calls to judge. If fewer than [30] calls reach the pilot number in the four live weeks, we extend the live run by up to two weeks, or add after-hours forwarding.

Either side can stop the pilot at any time.

A free pilot proves it on FairBridge's own hotels before anything else is decided.

The weekly report counts the booking requests the hotel confirmed.

Terms for the pilot.

These cover the pilot only. Service levels, support times and full terms come next, in a written agreement after the pilot.

1Source of answers

The front desk answers only from information that is public on the hotel's and FairBridge's websites, held in the hotel's FairCloud PMS, or given to it during implementation.

2Errors, omissions and liability

StartupCrafters, RB DesignTech, and their founders, officers and affiliates are not liable for answers or actions that depend on information that was missing, incomplete, inaccurate or out of date in those sources, or that was never given to the front desk. [Final limit-of-liability wording: lawyer to review.]

3FairCloud access and NDA

FairBridge's tech team opens FairCloud's interface to us for the pilot hotels, with test credentials, under a mutual NDA signed before any technical work. Access is read-only first. Write access starts only with FairBridge's written approval, and FairBridge can turn it off at any time. We do not log in to FairCloud or scrape any site without written permission.

4Parallel run and approval

The pilot does not replace any current system. The hotel confirms bookings and requests through its usual process. No real guest reaches the pilot until FairBridge and the hotel approve in writing.

5Phone numbers and minutes

During the pilot, StartupCrafters provides and pays for the pilot phone number, minutes and texting. The hotel's own line stays exactly as it is. The hotel forwards unanswered and after-hours calls to the pilot number, and can stop at any time. When FairBridge signs the agreement and rolls out, a hotel can forward its existing line, so its number never changes. Any number we set up can be transferred to FairBridge or the hotel on request.

6Web Talk fair use

Web Talk has no telephone charges. It is included up to [fair-use limit; suggested: the plan's included phone minutes] per hotel per month. If a hotel nears the limit, we talk with FairBridge before anything is charged. Phone minutes beyond the plan are $0.25 each.

7Disclosure, recording and retention

Every call begins with a disclosure that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. This follows California's rule that all parties must consent to recording. Callers can ask for a person at any time. We keep recordings and transcripts for 90 days by default, longer only if FairBridge or the hotel asks in writing or the law requires it. We can delete them sooner on request.

8Data and privacy

Guest and property data belongs to FairBridge and the member hotels, as they agree between themselves. We use it only to run the service and never sell it or use it for marketing. We take no card numbers by voice. Outside providers we use (phone carrier, AI model, hosting) are listed on request and bound by the same terms.

9NDA and ownership

We sign a mutual NDA before the first technical call. StartupCrafters owns its platform. FairBridge owns its brand, FairCloud, member relationships and data. Any FairBridge-specific integration work is covered in the agreement after the pilot.

10Billing after the pilot

Each hotel that goes live is billed monthly in advance, from the day it goes live. The pilot is free. Nothing is added without FairBridge's written approval.
